Sorry for the late post, but I got held up in something. I'm here now anyway with the cheats for this months Penguin Style.
As always, there a selection of new backgrounds with every new issue of Penguin Style...
I believe the top two backgrounds are new for Operation Blackout and the bottom two backgrounds have returned. There's only one new cheat in this issue and this is to get The Tousled (head), Toboggan suit (body), and a pair of Snowboard Boots (feet).
Is it me or do all these items have links to EPF and Snow?? Maybe when Herbert blacks out the sun it gets really cold and starts a blizzard, queue Arctic White and Card Jitsu Snow!
