Today Club Penguin has made it availble to get the Tombstone/headstone by completing the Too-boo list. Take a look
To do this you need to press "D" in the Mansion, the beach, the snow forts, the forest and the cove. Here's me doing this at the Cove.
You can repeat this to get the item up to 99 times! The Vampire chair will be availible starting October 24th.
